We’ll meet at the port on boarding Saturday at 4:30 PM, where you’ll be welcomed aboard our floating home. After a brief tour of the boat, we’ll enjoy a fun shopping experience together, following a pre-agreed list of local ingredients. The welcome aperitif and our first dinner together will be the perfect opportunity to break the ice and create lasting memories as we get to know each other better.
The following Saturday morning, at 09:00, we will say goodbye, but we look forward to seeing you again soon for new adventures!

We’re thrilled to offer you two wonderful boarding options: Palermo and Capo D'Orlando!
From Palermo, we’ll set sail for a journey through the enchanting Egadi Islands. Departing from Capo D'Orlando, we'll head towards the Aeolian Islands for some truly magical moments.
Palermo is easily accessible with the Falcone-Borsellino Airport offering convenient taxi or bus transfers directly to the port.
Capo D'Orlando can be reached by train or taxi. The closest airport is in Palermo, but Catania Airport also has excellent connections.

Hello! I’m Emiliano, skipper and owner of Marie Louise II, the boat from Stay Salty Ammare. Alongside my partner Nila, my right-hand companion on board, we explore the beautiful secret bays of the Aeolian and Egadi Islands, away from conventional tourist routes. Aboard our sailing boat, equipped with 4 cabins, each with a private bathroom, we will treat you to authentic Sicilian dishes. We also offer onboard cooking classes and guided experiences on land! An unforgettable adventure awaits you among the wind and sea!
